BRITISH AND FRENCH MINISTERS. AFTER VISIT TO SWEDEN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day 10.30 a.m.) LONDON. April 14. The British and French Ministers to Norway intend to return to Norway Irorn Sweden. Sir Cecil Downer says he either has been with or in contact with the Norwegian Government since the German attack. He left Oslo short of kit and crossed the border to replenish it. The French Minister said he itad just returned from a two-day tour of northern and central Norway, and found resistance being organised. The people are confident.
