The British and French Ministers to Norway intend to return to Norway Irorn Sweden. Sir Cecil Downer says he either has been with or in contact with the Norwegian Government since the German attack. The French Minister said he itad just returned from a two-day tour of northern and central Norway, and found resistance being organised. The people are confident.
