The Parliamentary Undcr-Secretary for Foreign Affairs (Mr R. A. Buller) said in the House of Commons, that there had been no recent negotiations with. Russia regarding the resumption of trade discussions, but that the Soviet Ambassador had lately raised the question with Lord Halifax.
