POPULATION OF OSLO REPORTED BRITISH THREAT TO BOMBARD CITY. FAILING SPEEDY SURRENDER BY GERMANS. (Received This Dav, 1.10 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, April 10. The population of Oslo were ordered at 11.45 a.m. to evacuate the city immediately. British warships are reported to have threatened to bombard the city if it were not surrendered within thirteen hours. , According to a frontier report, British warships penetrated Oslo Fiord this morning. There were dramatic scenes in the streets and at. railway stations, as hundreds are fleeing from the city in panic. Measures are being taken in an attempt io organise the evacuation. Women, children and elderly persons will be evacuated first,
