MORE PROPAGANDA

NEEDED IN UNITED STATES MR. A. DUFF-COOPER’S VIEW. GERMANS VERY BUSY AND VERY SUCCESSFUL. P.y Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) LONDON, April 8. Mr. A. Duff-Cooper, in a speech, said: “Britain has less support in the United States than at the outbreak of war because the Germans are very busy and very successful with their propaganda. We are doing no propaganda work at all. Britain refrains from propaganda in the United States, but gets no credit for this restraint. We must do more to state our ease.”
