ENEMY RAID ON SCAPA FLOW AT LEAST ONE NAZI PLANE BROUGHT DOWN. BRITISH FIGHTERS PRESENT IN FORCE. Another attack on Scapa Flow is reported in a joint Admiralty and Air Ministry announcement, Dave n t ry states. Al least one enemy aircraft was'br’ought down and no damage was caused during the attack. Residents of the Orkneys said it was the most impressive spectacle they had ever seen. The British fighter pianos seemed to be as thick as locusts. The German planes came over in three waves. Hying at a great height.
