COLLIE CLUB MEETING YESTERDAY’S RESULTS. (“Times-Age” Special.) The first day of the Martinborough Collie Club’s dog trials was held yesterday in fine weather. There was a good attendance. A satisfactory number of entries was received and events were run off with efficiency. Mr J. G. Sutherland is the judge. The results were as follow: — Maiden Long Head: L. McCormack's “Meg,” 46 points, 1; Webb Harris's "Mick." 45 points. 2; A. R. McLeod’s “Gandhi.” 43 points. 3; T. Smith’s “Dot.” 42 points, 4. Longhead Open: Gordon Thomson’s “Speed,” 47J points, 1; C. J. Macdonald’s “Fay,” 46 points. 2; M. J. Wilton's “Bessie Wallace,” 421 points, 3; C. J. Macdonald s “Bonnie Jean ” 41 points, 4.
