MORTIFICATION IN HOLLAND MORE ATTACKS ON SHIPS REPORTED. NAZI "RESPECT” FOR RIGHTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. LONDON, March 4. Dutch feelings, states a message from The Hague, are again mortified at the news that German planes machinegunned three defenceless Dutch vessels and bombed another, while a fifth ship, the Rijnstroorn (G 95 tons) is believed to have been sunk after the discovery of wreck-age. and the Sint Annaland and the De Ruyter were also attacked. The attacks are considered to be an ironic commentary on a broadcast to the United States by Grand-Admiral Raeder, Commander-in-Chief of the German Navy, in which he said that Germany had done her utmost to respect the rights of neutrals.
