VON RAEDER’S THREAT
COMING "BLITZKREIG.” By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. BRUSSELS, March 4. In a radio broadcast to the United States Grand-Admiral von Raeder. Chief of the German Navy, again threatened a “blitzkreig,” and declared that every modern means of warfare would soon be applied against the Western Powers, specially the east coast of Britain. The other neutrals should follow the American example of forbidding their- ships to enter British waters.
