ANZAC DAY

OBSERVANCE THIS YEAR parades to be national EVENTS. OVERSEAS REPRESENTATIVES TO BE PRESENT. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON. This Day. "The commemoration of Anzac Day this year will, in accordance with the Government's programme, be a national event." said the secretary to the N.Z. R.S.A. today. "The Dawn Parade and the Main Parade will be national functions. Representatives from overseas will be present, but we are not yet sure of Africa and India. There will be two representatives from the exSoldiers' Association of Malaya and a delegation from Australia. It is proposed to suggest to local associations throughout New Zealand that they should.be represented."
