DONATIONS AT RAM FAIR. Mr G. Ashdown, on behalf of the Institute for the Blind, Auckland, made his annual appeal al the Solway Ram Fair this morning on behalf of the Institute funds. The Associated Auctioneers started the ball rolling with a donation of 3gns. and a collection taken up among those present in the ring resulted in a sum of £3O 1.6 s 7d being raised.
