WHOLESALE MURDER

ol‘ GERMANS IN POLAND ALLEGED BY NAZI FOREIGN OFFICE. RAPIDLY EXPANDING TOTAL. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 10.40 a.m.) BERLIN, February 11. A now edition of the Foreign Office publication: "Polish atrocities against Germans in Poland" alleges that Poles murdered 58.000 members of the German minority during September. The Germans at first officially claimed that 5487 persons were murdered, but amended the figure later to 12,000. The new edition alleges that even the new figure of 58.000 is not final, because "hundreds of mass graves have been discovered which cannot be opened until the spring on account of the weather.”
