LANSDOWNE SCHOOL

ARRANGEMENTS FOR PICNIC. At a fully attended special meeting of the Lansdowne School Committee, held at the school last evening, arrangements were put in hand to hold a picnic for the parents and pupils of the school.

It was decided to hold the picnic on Friday. February 23 and permission is to be sought from the council for the use of the Park Oval and an invitation is being extended to all parents to take part.

A further meeting to complete arrangements is to be held on Monday next, when it is hoped that member# of the executive of the Home and School Association will be present.
