MASTERTON SHOW

NEXT WEEK’S ATTRACTION. Very good entries have been received in the stock classes. Sheep and pigs show a good increase while cattle and horses are down a few on last year. It is still a very good entry on the whole and the Ryeland and Dorset Horn Sheep classes which are fairly new to this district should attract considerable attention.

The Night Show on February 13 will include tin hare racing, national dancing, Amateur Athletic events, and a gymnastic display, and should provide a very good evening’s entertainment.

Members of the Side Showmen’s Association will also be operating, and the champion Pipe Band of the Wairarapa College will also be present and should give a good account of itself.
