MASTERTON STOCK SALE
The combined supplementary Ewe Fair and Masterton stock sale is being held at the saleyards today. Owing to the sale starting late, no indication of the trend of prices may be given, as yet. However, there is a large attendance. and a good yarding of sheep. The sale opened on a cautious note, the following being the first pens sold: 103 2-th. ewes, account J. R. Nicholls. 235; 294 do., ac. R. Buick. 265; 220 do., ac. Mamaku Station, 25s 6d.
