The Secret Service is investigating reports that the Nazi Government has circulated enormous quantities of counterfeit American notes in Italy. Egypt and the Balkan States. A similar desperate device to obtain foreign exchange was once used by the Soviet Government. The latest currency notes'are more convincing than privately-printed counterfeits.
