HOW TO MAKE IT. Boil 4 ounces of spaghetti in salted water until tender, drain, fry in J tablespoonful of lard. If the spaghetti is not turned too often there will be a nice, brown crust on the bottom, when well-browned turn on to a dish (keep hot). Pour over the following mixture: — 1 cupful of meats (any kind), cut in strips, 1 onion and 1 stalk of celery, cut fine, 1J cupfuls .of cooked mushrooms. Mix the meat with one-third teaspoonful of cornflour, 1 teaspoonful salt and 3 tablespoonfuls soy sauce, fry until brown; add onion, celery and mushrooms; cook a few minutes before adding a spuce made of 1 teaspoonful cornflour, 4 teaspoonfuls of soy sauce, 1 teaspoonful sugar, and one-third cupful of water. Bring this whole mixture to a boil, then pour it over the spaghetti in the dish and serve immediately.
