The Buenos Aires correspondent of the United Press of America says Captain Langsdorff, commander of the Admiral Graf Spee, committed suicide. He was found by his aide shot dead, in an immigrants' hotel. Captain Langsdorff left a letter stating that from the first moment he decided to share the destiny of his ship, but postponed it until assured of the safety of his crew.
