A trade agreement between Italy and Rumania has been signed. It is believed that Rumania will import more manufactures and reciprocally export more oil wheat and livestock. Well-inform-ed circles express the opinion that it may assist Italian diplomatic moves to help Bulgaria and Rumania compose their Dobrudja differences
