CHURCH OF ENGLAND

MEN’S SOCIETY SERVICE. Last night at St. Matthew’s Church the local branch of the Church of England Men's Society held a renewal service when three new members were admitted. Following this the choir rendered an inspiring musical service of praise which was appreciated greatly by the large congregation. The selections rendered were not only most appropriate for the Christmas season, but fitted in admirably with the world situation as now existing.
