LADIES’ GUILD PARTY. Attention is drawn to the garde party which is held annually by the Church of the Epiphany Ladies’ Guild. This year it will be held on Saturday next. December 2, in the grounds of the Sedgley Home. The Municipal Band will be in attendance during the afternoon. The stalls are to be well supplied with useful goods. One of the features of the garden party is to be the baby show. Prizes will be given for the best baby boy and girl under 9 months and for those from 9-18 months. This is always a very popular attraction at the party and this year it seems as if it will be better than ever. The Ladies’ Guild is sparing no effort to make the afternoon a brilliant success and are anxious for all the support that it is possible to give.
