A BEAUTY PROBLEM
ACHING AND TIRED FEET. And now for a very important beauty problem. No one can be expected to be good-looking when she is suffering from aching and tired feet. And, as your job depends on your feet, you should give them more attention than any other part of your body. No matter how sman your salary 7 may be, yoU simply 7 must spend money 7 on good shoes. While at work change into low-heel-ed shoes, and you will find that a strap shoe is much more comfortable than a court. The feet and ankles should be given regular exercise, so that they will become strengthened. Sit in a straightbacked chair and place the right leg over the left knee, allowing the foot to dangle. Now point the toe to the floor and rotate the foot twenty times, first to the left and then to the right. Then reverse the legs and exercise the left foot. Corns and callouses must be immediately removed, and once you have your feet in a happy condition you will then enjoy the pleasure of trouble-free days.
