Holland. and the north of France; lastly, the subject races must be treated without sentimental scruples. Their cultural autonomy must be destroyed to oust the idea of revenge. The booklet adds that half a century hence the pure German race will number a hundred millions. Racial and linguistic frontiers must be re-estab-lished. but not those of 1914. Germany must hold the mouth of the Danube, Mount Lovcen, the old Serbia, and the present Rumania. It concludes: “If we do not possess the Flemish coast and hinterland it, is clear the British Fleet will paralyse our navigation.”
