PERSONAL ITEMS (“Times-Age” Special.) Mr C. Stunell is at present in the Greytowh Hospital. Mrs E. Richards has entered the Greytown Hospital for further treatment. Visitors to Greytown for the weekend were Mr and Mrs P. Brittian, of Miramar, and Mr and Mrs E. G. Thomas, of Island Bay. The death occurred at the Greytown Hospital on Saturday afternoon of Mr Jock Richards, an old resident of the Wairarapa. He was well known as tally clerk for the Ahikouka River Board. Cherry Picking. Cherry picking commenced in Greytown this morning. Bowling Championship. The local championship games will start next week. Entries close on Saturday. Ail games will be played on the two-life system. University Examinations. There will be a centre at Greytown for the University Entrance examinations which will commence on December 1. Mrs J. F. Thompson will act as supervisor.
