RUSSIANS IN LATVIA
MILITARY HARBOUR TAKEN OVER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, November 1. The Associated Press of America Liepaja correspondent states that four train loads of Russian troops, munitions. artillery and lorries have arrived at the military harbour, from which the Latvian garrison was evacuted beforehand.
