WEST SCHOOL
CONDEMNED BUILDING BEING DEMOLISHED. The demolition of the condemned Masterton West School building is now under way. work having started on Monday. Nov/ that this task is in hand there is some assurance that the new wooden building to replace it will be constructed in the near future. The clearing away of the old building has to be completed by December 31. Plans and specifications of the new building are at present being drawn up by the Wellington Education Board for submission to the Education Department for its approval.
