f ADMIRAL NOMURA WARNS CABINET LOSS OF AMERICAN TREATY. RAW MATERIALS PROBLEM. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. (Received This Day, 9 a.m.) WASHINGTON, October 27. The Tokio correspondent of the United Press of America says Admiral Nomura (Foreign Minister) warned Cabinet that the United States will probably reject the Japanese contentions regarding the China campaign and that therefore there is little prospect of a continuance of the abrogated commercial treaty. He said: "The Government must prepare plans to assure important raw materials in expectation that the treaty will definitely expire, thus aggravating the relations of the two countries.”
