RETURNING TO NEW ZEALAND. FULLY RESTORED TO HEALTH. r By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) LONDON, October 27. The Bishop of Wellington, the Rt Rev H. St Barbe Holland, is returning to New Zealand fully restored to health. He states that the war frustrated the raising of funds here for the Wellington Cathedral, but the necessary organisation has been created.
