SHEEPSKINS AND HIDES
SALE AT WELLINGTON. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, This Day. As provided for under the Price Stabilisation Emergency Regulation, 1939, and the amendments, the wool brokers of Wellington yesterday disposed of hides and sheepskins as required by local tanners and fellmongers, at. prices equivalent to those ruling at September 1. The balance of the hides and skins are being held until advice is received from the Government of the United Kingdom, as to the method of distribution to be employed during the war period.
