RECREATION WEEK
TO CONCLUDE TOMORROW. AN ATTRACTIVE PROGRAMME. Recreation Week will conclude tomorrow and the Masterton Committee has arranged an attractive . programme which will commence in the afternoon at 1.30 o'clock and finish in the evening. In the afternoon at Memorial Park proceedings will commence With a married v single Rugby match. This will be followed by a physical drill display by Inter-house girls and College girls. Then will come the chief attraction, a Rugby match between a team representing ex-Wairarapa representatives and the Wellington Centurions. Both sides contain many players of All Black status and an interesting and exciting game is expected. Recreation Week will be brought to a fitting close in the Opera House at night when a revue concert, under the direction of Mr Kirk Burnand, will be presented. Included on the programme are ballets by the pupils .of Miss Dorothy Tait, physical drill by pupils of St Matthew’s Collegiate School for Girls, and a one-act play produced by Mrs E. J. Rich.
