PAN-SLAV AIMS
CHANGE IN SOVIET POLICY.
CONJECTURE IN YUGOSLAVIA.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. NEW YORK, September 29.
A Belgrade correspondent of the “New York Times” states that the Government has accepted the appointment of a new Soviet Minister, a 35 year-old engineer, M Laarentiev, succeeding M Raskolnikov. It is hinted in Russian circles that M Lazrentiev's mission extends to other Balkan lands. The semi-official newspaper “Slowo” says the Russian star is no longer Red, but a symbol of Pari-Slavia.
