PREPARATIONS IN CANADA.
RESERVE OF TWO DIVISIONS.

OTTAWA, September 29.
Men from all parts of Canada will make up the first overseas division. The Canadian active force will include a reserve of two divisions with a quota of ancillary troops. One division will be sent overseas when required and the other will be kept under arms.
