The Paris correspondent of “The Times’’ states that the ■ Czech liendcpiarters in Paris I are forming an independent I national army under their ' own flag and officers. An order for general mobilisation will he issued to all Czechs of military age. Disobedience will lie tantamount to desertion. It is estimated that I 50.(100 men can be raised. General Ingre, who has been appointed War Minister in the provisional Czech Government .under Dr Benes, with M Osusky as Foreign Minister, and M Outrata, as Finance Minister, is a capable soldier who commanded the Czech legions in the last war. Radio Paris reports' that Czechs in France are expected to constitute two divisions, and that this is based on a framework of 600 officers aricl n.c.o.’s, who fled from Czechoslovakia in March (states a British Official Wireless message).
