CHANGES IN IMPORTANT POSTS DALADIER TAKES DEFENCE & FOREIGN AFFAIRS. NEW MINISTER OF ARMAMENTS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. (Received This Day. 10.15 a.m.) PARIS, September 13. M. Daladier has formed a new Cabinet in which he holds the posts of Foreign Affairs and Defence. M. Bonnet becomes Minister of Justice; M. D’Autry, former Chief of the French Railways, becomes Minister of Armaments; and Senator Pernot, Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs. M. Delbos re-enters the Cabinet as Minister of Education. Other portfolios are unchanged.
