The German short-wave station today broadcast a despatch from the Berlin correspondent of a Copenhagen newspaper, asserting that • Germany’s answer to .the British blockade will be to send 3000 aeroplanes to bomb England’s harbours. SOVIET SHIPS ORDERED TO HOME PORTS. (Received This Day. 9 a.m.) PARIS, September 13. The Agence Radio reports from Moscow that all Soviet merchant ships on route to England have been ordered to their home ports.
