MUNICIPAL HALL NEXT WEEK. The Masterton Horticultural Society is to hold its annual Daffodil Show on Wednesday. September 20. This is an event looked forward to particularly by all garden enthusiasts, for it reflects from year to year the increasingly high standard being achieved in daffodil and general horticulture in this district. There are special sections for amateurs /as distinct from the open classes) and for novices. The decorative and photography sections are also well classified. Schedules,, or any information required may be ob tained from Messrs H. L. Esau or D. Fairbrother, florists, or from the secretary. Mr E. K. Eastwood 5 Perry Street. Masterton, telephone 1077.
