EXPECTATION IN GERMANY
Trouble Over Within Forty-eight Hours (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, August 23. The Berlin correspondent of the Associated Press of Great Britain reports that Ilerr Hitler yesterday dispatched couriers to most of the governments of Europe, setting out Germany’s position in relation to Danzig and the Polish Corridor. Official circles are confident that the trouble will be over within fortyeight hours.
