FLOOD OF ANTI-BRITISH ' POSTERS. (Received This Dav, 10.45 a.m.) PEKING, July 28. The anti-British campaign has been intensified- and the city is flooded with posters. AMERICA’S ACTION NO PRIOR DISCUSSION WITH DEMOCRACIES. (Received This Dav, 12.25 p.m.) WASHINGTON, July 28. Mr Cordell Hull (Secretary of State) disclosed that the United States had exchanged information on the situation with Britain and France since the abrogation of the trade treaty with Japan, but that there had been no consultation beforehand, and that the subsequent conversations constituted merely the usual exchange on situations of this kind.
