In order to safeguard allegedly oppressed workers of Sakhalin Island, the combined Japanese Fleet and another newly organised will shortly begin war time training. Admiral Yonai (Minister of Marine) warned the nation against assuming that British Far Eastern policy had been entirely changed as a result of the Tokio talks.
