LADIES GUILD SHOP DAY.
(“Times-Age” Special.)
The Greytown Anglican Ladies' Guild held a very successful shop and jumble stall in the vestibule of the Crown Theatre yesterday.
The almond iced fruit cake, which had been made by Mrs Sykes, was won by Mr F. Wood. The takings amounted to just over £l2 which was considered very gratifying to the stall holders, Mesdames York. Rees, Senr, Shedden. Wood. Burch a'nd Carter. MINIATURE RIFLES WEEKLY GATHERING There was a good attendance of members at the weekly practice shoot which was held last evening.
