HIT BY CRANE.

A fatal accident occurred at the Golden Bay Cement Company’s works, Tarakohe, today, the chief engineer, Mr M. J. Macaulay, succumbing in hospital to injuries sustained through being struck by a crane at the works. The late Mr Macaulay leaves three daughters and one son. His wife died recently.
