Charlie Chaplin's first talking picture, "The Dictator." for United Artists release, is currently before the cameras at his own studio. Chaplin and Tim Durant are polishing the script, and brotheij Syd. Chaplin has arrived in Hollywood from his French retreat to assist the direction and production.
