ELECTRIC POWER BOARD
RETICULATION LOAN. ISSUE OF £lOO DEBENTURES. In connection with the Reticulation Loan of £25.000 by the Wairarapa Electric Power Board, applications are now invited for debentures of £lOO each at 4} per cent interest. These debentures are authorised, trustee securities and are secured by a special rate on all rateable property in the Wairarapa Electric Power Board district, the capital value of which amounts to £11,086,226. The term of these debentures is for 10 years from August 1, 1939, from which date interest will accrue. Full details are given on an advertisement on page 9 of this
