The “Star’s” Paris correspondent says the Duke and Duchess of Windsor are to visit England in October to see the former’s mother and brothers. It is expected that they will stay with Lord Brownlow, at Grantham, after which they will spend the winter in France. Lord Brownlow, 6th Baron, was Personal Lord in Waiting to King Edward VIII in 1936. He is a director of various companies and owns an estate of 26,000 acres.
