WAIRARAPA TEAM. NAMES OF PLAYERS ANNOUNCED The sole selector for the Wairarapa Table Tennis Association, Mr M. Winslade, has, after a series of. trial matches, chosen the following, players to represent Wairarapa:— f Men. —I. Coleman (Winter Sports Club); J. Nicholls (Winter Sports Club); N. Myers (Mauriceville East Club); H.. Myers (Mauriceville East Club); J. Haywood (Winter Sports Club); W. Day (Mauriceville East Club); K. Brader (Winter Sports Club); G. Fraser (Mauriceville East Club). .Reserves: ,D. Adams (Parkvale Club); Q. McGovern (Mauriceville East); A. Jones (Kuripuni Club). Ladies. —Mrs J. Nicholls (Winter Sports Club); Miss N. Brown (Winter Sports Club); Miss J. Larsen ■ (Mauriceville West Club); Miss J. McGovern (Mauriceville East Club). Reserves: Miss V. Ward (Parkvale Club); Mrs B. Hurley and Miss H. Winter (Winter Sports Club.) The first match will be against Wanganui at Wanganui, and players are requested to communicate with Messrs W. Day or J. Haywood in regard to transport arrangements. WINTER SPORTS CLUB. TEAMS SELECTED. I The following teams will represent the Masterton Winter. Sports Club in the Wairarapa Table Tennis Association’s inter-club contest commencing on Monday, July 3. in the association’s room, Dixon Street: — A Ist grade: Misses I. Coleman, J. Haywood, K. Brader, M. Winslade. A 2nd grade: Mrs Nicholls. Messrs J. Curtin, L. Gleeson, B. Hurley. B grade: Mrs Hurley, Miss N. Brown, H. Winter, F. Masters. C grade: Miss O. Quinn, Mr E. Sherrock, G. Smith, L. Ferguson. All players in the B grade are Requested to be present at the clubroom next Monday when the first match will be played.
