DUKE OF WINDSOR’S PARTY ON BIRTHDAY. PHOTOGRAPHER’S FALL FROM EIFFEL TOWER. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright PARIS, June 23. The birthday rejoicings of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, became a tragedy when an unidentified photographer fell 186 feet from the first platform of the Eiffel Tower and was killed while taking films of the Duke and Duchess at dinner. The photographer was perched on a rail, from which he overbalanced.
