SUCCESSFUL GOLF TOURNEY WINNERS OF COMPETITIONS. CHAMPIONSHIP TO H. B. McMaster. ("Times-Age” Special.) The tournament held by the Tinui Golf Club during the weekend proved a most successful one in every way. The winners and runners-up of the various competitions were:— Open championship: H. B. McMaster; runner-up, Mr F. B. Tatham. Terrace Handicap: B. W. Williams; runner-up, A, A. Schofield. Tinui Plate: G. Speedy; runner-up, R. E. Baker. Winter Handicap: F. Bartholomew; runner-up, R. C. Miles. No. 1 Group: C. Maunsell; runnerup, P. Rishworth. No. 2 Group! P. Beiliss. No. 3 Group: F. Ashworth. Medal competitions, first medal, C. Wiseley; second medal, G. Speedy. First bogey: H. B. McMaster; second bogey, J. Dalziell. Fourball bogey: G. Speedy and E. R. Maunsell. J. Thornton headed the list in the qualifying round. Trophies were presented to the winners by Mrs E. R. Maunsell, wife of the secretary.
