Lawry, S.M.:— Para Rubber Co., Ltd. v. V. Brazendale, £l9 8s Id, costs £2 16s; Smith and Donovan Services Ltd. v. J. Himona, £3 4s 3d, costs £1 10s 6d; Whiteman Bros., Ltd. v. G. W. Clark. £24 19s 9d, costs £4 Is 6d; J. C. Forsyth v. V. Carroll, £2 2s 6d. costs £1 7s 6d; same v. A. Stevens, £5 ss, costs £1 10s 6d; F. P. Brown v. Mrs E. B. Robert, £2, costs £ 1 3s 6d. On a judgment summons, Nora Harding was ordered to pay F. A. H. Taylor £1 15s 9d. in default 2 days’ imprisonment. Percy Wilfred Large was ordered to pay Sydney Lee £4 12s 6d. in default 4 days’ imprisonment. W. Arthur was ordered to pay A. V. Viles and L. Greathead £65 9s 6d, in default 65 days’ imprisonment, the warrant to be suspended on payment of £2 per calendar month.
