COLLEGE BOARD

EMPLOYEES’ REPRESENTATIVE. MR TED HANLEY ELECTED. Mr Ted Hanley, of the Masterton Post Office staff, has .been appointed employees’ representative on the Wairarapa College Board of Governors. There were nineteen delegates present at the meeting, including representatives of the Trades Council, and of the Post and Telegraph and railways employees. The retiring member, Mr P. M. Smith, notified that he did not intend to seek re-election. Three nominations were received, those of Messrs Ted Hanley, R. N. Shaw and F. Lambourn. A ballot was held and Mr Hanley was elected.
