MR J. BLEWMAN ELECTED. (By TeleeraDh—Press Association.! WELLINGTON. This Day. Polling 193 votes more than any other candidate, Mr J. Blewman war elected Mayor of Upper Hutt at Ihe election held on Saturday to fill the vacancy created by the death of Mr P. Robertson. The figures are as follow:—
