WARRANT FOR ARREST ISSUED. ALLEGATION OF TRAITOROUS ACTIVITIES. (Independent Cable Service.) (Received This Day, 9.10 a.m.) HONGKONG, June 9. The Chinese Government has issued a warrant for the arrest of Wang Ching-wei, whose whereabouts at present are uncertain, accusing him of traitorous activities.
Mr. Wang Ching-wei, a former Pre-
sident of the Koumintang, recently advocated peace negotiations with Japan.
